The Pre-Build Package takes your project from initial concept to build-ready. We carry out a professional on-site measured survey, produce your planning drawings, submit and manage your planning application, then deliver a full set of building regulation drawings with engineer-certified structural calculations. Everything your contractor needs to price and build your project accurately — in one fixed fee.

Building Notice submission is typically handled by your builder. Building regulation drawings are included; Building Control fees are not.

The complete solution for clients who want the right contractor, on the right terms

The Premium Package includes everything in the Pre-Build Package, plus the protections that matter most before a build begins. We produce a detailed, itemised Schedule of Works, introduce you to vetted contractors from our panel, brief every contractor against the same scope, and collate their proposals so you can compare like for like. We then prepare a client-focused building contract, so the price, scope and terms are agreed in writing before anyone breaks ground.

Peace of mind: we've seen too many homeowners enter a build with a single-page quote and no written scope. Costs spiral, disputes arise, and there's nothing in writing to fall back on. The Premium Package closes every one of those gaps before work starts.

For clients who want Hampshire Build in their corner throughout the build

The Premium Plus Package includes everything in the Premium Package — then stays with you once the build is underway. We open the project with a Site Set Up Meeting alongside you and your contractor, so everyone starts from the same drawings, the same scope and the same expectations. As the build progresses, a Hampshire Build representative is available for continual remote support, and attends your site in person at the key structural stages — with a written report issued after each visit, formatted for use with mortgage lenders and insurers.

Unlimited structural revisions are also included throughout, at no extra charge. Our drawings are produced following a visual inspection — and once your contractor opens up the building, it's common to uncover conditions that weren't visible at survey stage. In a standard package each revision costs £450+VAT; in Premium Plus, every revision is covered.

Peace of mind: Premium Plus is designed for projects with a build value of £60,000 or above, or any project involving significant steelwork, multi-storey construction or complex groundworks. It's also for clients who simply want to know that someone who understands the drawings is on hand from the first day of the build to the last.

On-site attendance and structural revisions are provided as set out in clause 10 of our Terms & Conditions. Site attendance must be requested with a minimum of five working days' notice.
