Structural Revisions × 2 — Included
Up to two structural drawing revisions at no extra charge. Each revision typically costs £750+VAT if charged separately — both are included in Premium Plus.
Site Visit 1 — Foundation Stage
Our engineer attends site at excavation stage to inspect depth, width, and condition before concrete is poured. Timed to align with your Approved Inspector's visit.
Site Visit 2 — Steel Stage
Our engineer returns once structural steel is in position to check installation against approved drawings. A second written report is issued within 5 working days.
Two Written Site Reports
A detailed written report follows each site visit within 5 working days. Reports can be presented to mortgage lenders or insurers if required.
Your Two Engineer Site Visits
Foundation Stage
Once your foundations are dug, our engineer visits site to inspect the excavation depth, width, and condition before concrete is poured. This visit is timed to align with your Approved Inspector's inspection.
Structural Steel Stage
Once your structural steel is in position, our engineer returns to check the installation against the approved drawings. A second written report is issued. These reports can be presented to mortgage lenders or insurers if required.
Additional visits beyond the two included are available at £950 + VAT per visit (subject to terms — see clause 8.7 of our Terms & Conditions).
Structural Revisions — Included
Most extension projects require at least one structural revision during the design or building regulations process. In our standard packages this is charged at £750 + VAT per revision. In Premium Plus, two structural revisions are included as standard — giving you up to £1,500 + VAT of revision work at no additional cost, and certainty that your budget won't be affected by design changes.
